Let the breath be the way IN.
If you are looking for a way to expand your awareness, your consciousness, your life as you know it to be in this moment, then breathe.
I mean close your eyes + bring your awareness to the incoming wave of your breath. Inviting. Receiving. Letting it fill your lungs, your body, your being-ness.
Begin to take notice of the quality of your breath, without labeling it or judging it. Just take notice.
As you allow your breath to release on the exhale, ask yourself if you can let go of ONE thing that might be causing your body to hold tension. If nothing comes into your mind, let go of those specifics. Go within your heart and ask for the release of anything that is no longer serving you and allow for that to be breathed out on the exhale.
Accept that whatever energy dissolves on the breath out, there is an expansion within you, creating the space for the ONE thing that you desire.
This is where the magic begins. It all starts with the breath.
Air, energy, vibration, light, information, wisdom, the Divine, You. It's a full circle.
Inhale, invite, pause, exhale, dissolve + begin again. Unconsciously or Consciously.
